What services are included in your property management?

Our full-service management covers listing creation and optimization across Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, dynamic pricing strategy, guest screening and communication, cleaning coordination, maintenance oversight, quality inspections, and transparent monthly owner reporting. Everything is handled under one management agreement.

How do you price my property?

We use a dynamic pricing strategy informed by real-time market data, seasonal demand, local events, and competitor rates. This is the same approach used by professional hotel revenue managers and consistently outperforms static pricing. We monitor and adjust rates regularly to maximize your occupancy and revenue.

What type of properties do you manage?

We manage condos and apartments in Toronto, waterfront cottages in the Thousand Islands, vacation homes in the Niagara region, and other short-term rental properties across Ontario. Each property is individually evaluated to ensure it meets our management standards.

How much does property management cost?

We operate on a management fee model based on a percentage of your property's revenue. There are no hidden fees or unexpected charges. The exact percentage depends on your property type, location, and the scope of services required. Contact us for a free, no-obligation estimate.

How quickly can my property be listed?

Once onboarding is complete and we have everything we need, most properties are live within two to three weeks. We take the time to get the listing right from the start, including professional photography coordination, compelling copy, and platform optimization.

Do I need to be involved in the day-to-day management?

No. Once your property is onboarded, we handle everything. You'll receive regular performance reports and can reach us anytime, but the daily operation, including guest communication, cleaning coordination, and maintenance, is fully managed by our team.
